How can I delete a comment from the Timeline?
If a comment is added to the Assessment Timeline by accident and is incorrect, please add a supplementary comment to state that the previous comment was entered in error. The Assessment Timeline is part of the patient's record and must have all comments available for audit reasons.
Alternatively, if the comment is posing a risk to the patient, please reach out to our team with request to hide the comment.
