November release notes

A lot of work this month has gone towards background releases in support of exciting new upcoming features which will be announced in future release roundups.

Import Previous Answers

We are pleased to announce a highly requested feature has been added to MyPreOp+ via Workflows; the ability to reuse a patient’s previous answers in a new assessment.

This provides a major benefit to patients undergoing multiple procedures or regular visits for ongoing conditions where they would have previously had to re-enter much of the same information for each assessment. Being able to validate and update existing information before submitting their assessment is a major experience improvement for patients.

It is now possible to configure a workflow so that when a new assessment is created for a patient, it can pre-populate answers from that patient’s most recent submission of the same form, subject to a set of configurable criteria including maximum age of the previous submission and a list of specific answers to omit from the copy.

This feature is now available for workflow users and account managers will be in touch with MyPreOp+ customers to discuss including this feature in existing workflows.

Bug Fixes

PDF wrapping of long words

We identified an issue where very long words in patient inputs would not wrap correctly on the PDF report causing the contents to run off the end of the page. This has been fixed behind a feature toggle and is in the process of being rolled out to all customers.
