This month has primarily consisted of background work to maintain the platform as well as prepare for upcoming features, for which there are no direct user facing changes.

Features

SNOMED Procedures

Procedures can now by coded with SNOMED rather than OPCS-4. This is a per-tenant configuration and new customers can opt to use this from the start of their implementation if required. Existing customers may discuss with their account manager if they wish to switch over.

Integrated customers can perform an incremental switchover, as OPCS codes would remain on existing assessments until updated with an appropriate SNOMED code via an A08.

It is not currently possible for an assessment to use both coding systems simultaneously.
