What is the difference between Archive and Bin folders?

Both Archive and Bin folders are used for moving any inactive assessments out of the active folders. Even though the reasons for binning and archiving might depend on each Trust individually, here are the core differences:

Archive folder can be used for the assessments that no longer require any more work. Meaning, the patient has already had their procedure or no longer requires it.

It is important that the assessment is moved to the completed folder before being archived as you will not be able to archive an assessment from any other folder.

Bin folder, on the other hand, can be used for any assessment regardless of it's status and position in the portal. It is often used for assessment that were created in error e.g. duplicate assessment.
