December release notes

31st December 2025

The following changes have been made available this month:

Features

  • ‘no response’ attention flags are now available as standard to all customers (except those using MyPreOp Legacy), where it previously required workflow configuration.

Bug Fixes

Fixes inconsistency in highlighting between report rows in the portal compared to the pdf export

  • The PDF report was missing some colours on some rows in some circumstances depending on how the report had been configured during implementation
  • All other information in the PDF was present and correct and there was no risk relating to missing patient answers
  • This change is behind a feature toggle and in the process of being rolled out to customers

Fixes issue contributing to errors in patient app when submitting checkins

  • We identified a condition where on the submission of a checkin during periods of heavy load it was possible for the request to time out despite correctly submitting the checkin.
  • This caused the app to retry the submission, at which point the checkin had already been marked as completed and resulted in an error appearing on the patient’s screen.
  • As the checkin was submitted successfully there was no risk of answers being missed, however the presence of the error message was a poor patient experience that has now been resolved for all customers as a platform-wide fix.

Fixes issue contributing to errors when logging into patient app

  • Depending on network conditions between patient devices and our servers, for which there are many factors, patients may sometimes see error messages when attempting to log in.
  • We have deployed a change to all customers which aims to reduce the occurrence of these errors seen by patients, as much as possible in areas within our control.

Fixes issue where multiple “no <thing>” filters didn’t work

  • An issue was reported that it was not possible to filter by the absence of information in multiple columns, for example TCI date and PAC date.
  • This issue has now been resolved for all customers and it is now possible to combine these filters.

Fixes issue where “multiple filters applied” reset didn’t work

  • Related to the above issue, it was also noted that when there were multiple filters applied, it was not possible to clear them.
  • This has now been resolved for all customers.
