March release notes

Portal updates and fixes

  • Fixes issue where incorrectly formatted dates entered manually on the “New Assessment” dialog would be silently ignored and not saved. They now display validation errors on the date input.
  • Adds concurrency checks to ensure a user’s edits to clinical notes cannot be accidentally overwritten when another user saves while editing is in progress. A user who started editing before another user saved will receive an error message and be prevented from saving.
  • Adds additional conditions and actions to workflows; A condition relative to a form completion date, and an action to allow raising “submitted” attentions as part of the workflow configuration
  • Adds a new “In-person code” option to the “Resend to patient” dialog, which generates a code to be used by in-person assessments where the patient enters their answers on a tablet or other device within the clinic itself. This code replaces the usage of clinician links for this purpose, and also displays a QR code with a direct link to the patient login page if the device being used supports QR code scanning. Customers will be contacted to arrange the timing of rolling out this feature.
  • (MyPreOp+) Adds icon to identify assessments created with workflows

Integration updates

  • Adds configuration option to allow an A38 (to move an assessment to the bin) with an unknown visit ID to be ignored instead of raising an error
