Selecting correct roles for users
To select a role, simply click on the role until it is highlighted in blue and has a blue tick on the right.
Access roles are split into Primary and Secondary. Primary role will give users access to the portal, while secondary can be added for extra access.
Access rights for each role are the following:
(Primary) Administrator | Register patients and send out invites to complete assessments Edit patient demographics View the timeline for the assessment Add a comment to the timeline Change assessment status (MyPreOp+) Change the assessment tag Add/amend a TCI date Add/amend clinical priority Add/amend referral priority Add/amend RTT start date Add/amend PAC date Can view assessment status | Cannot view the assessment Cannot view/edit clinical notes Cannot export pdf document |
(Primary) Limited administrator | Register patients and send out invites to complete assessments Edit patient demographics if integration is not enabled View the timeline for the assessment Add/amend a TCI date Add/amend clinical priority Add/amend referral priority Add/amend RTT start date Add/amend PAC date Can view assessment status | Cannot change assessment status (MyPreOp+) Cannot change the assessment tag Cannot view the assessment Cannot view/edit clinical notes Cannot export pdf document Cannot leave a comment on the timeline |

(Secondary) Archiver | Can archive completed assessments | Has to be selected with another role to gain access to the platform |
(Secondary) Binner | Can move assessments to the bin | Has to be selected with another role to gain access to the platform |
No Access | N/A | No access to the platform, usually used when adding consultants to the list |
(Secondary) User Administrator | Access to user management platform | Has to be selected with another role to gain access to the platform |
(Secondary) Messenger | Access to send messages | Allows users to send messages to patients - if your portal is not set up to send messages this will have no effect |
(Secondary) Messenger admin | Access to send messages and create message templates | Allows users to edit, delete and publish message templates - if your portal is not set up to send messages this will have no effect |
